i was disappointed. The jar had leaked by the time it arrived, and the olives tasted stale, like they’d been sitting around too long. I don’t think I’d order these again.

I emailed olivepit.com about my order and didn’t hear back for a few days, which was frustrating. I kept wondering if maybe I was being impatient or had missed something, but when I finally followed up, the response still didn’t really answer what I was asking.
Maybe they were just slammed or I caught them at a bad time, I don’t know. But it felt like I had to keep chasing for basic help, and that kind of slow customer service would make me think twice before ordering again...

"Not as good as I hoped"
The olives arrived packed okay, but the taste was flat and way too salty for me. Some seemed fine, while others just felt hit or miss quality-wise. I reached out to support, but it felt like they were blaming me a bit, like maybe I just didn’t store them right or didn’t know what to expect. That kind of put me off even more. I don’t think I’d order these again.

"Decent selection, but some parts are kinda lame"
Olive Pit has a solid mix of olive stuff, and I liked being able to browse a bunch of different things in one place. Some of the items were actually interesting and not the same boring crap I usually see locally. That said, a few categories felt a little bare, like they just gave up halfway, and I wish there were more flavor options. Overall, it’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average for me.

"Finally, a site that ships fast"
I've ordered from olivepit.com a few times now, their shipping has been quick every time. I’m not exactly patient when I’m waiting on something I ordered, so I really appreciate that my stuff shows up when they say it will. Everything’s been packed fine, no random delays, no wondering where my order disappeared to. Reliable in my experience.
